Terms of Service

I do not draw:

  • Hard gore

  • Mecha

I do draw:

  • Humans, elves and all humanoids

  • Furry

  • Animals and creatures

  • SFW and mild NSFW

Process

  • Contact me via DM, email or fill out the form for ordering a commission. Provide all the description, references and deadlines (if required).

  • I will name the estimated price for the piece, and ask you to provide billing information (full name and address, PayPal email).

  • After receiving a pdf invoice and Paypal request you can either pay it right away or after the sketch is approved. It can also be split, but I will only proceed to coloring after receiving the full payment.

  • I make 1-2 sketches, we choose the better option, discuss and correct it until you approve (on this stage all fixes are for free). I start work and can send a few wip stages if requested.

  • Final artwork is delivered to your email in high resolution .png file. Fixes are only free at this point if something doesn't fit your initial description. If you want to change something, it will cost extra.

  • No refunds are offered, unless I am unable to finish the commission in time.

Deadlines

There is no binding deadline unless previously agreed upon.
Finished artwork will usually take from 1 week to 2 months, depending on a complexity and current workload.
Feel free to discuss specific deadlines before the payment is done.

Rights and Uses

I retain copyright over the artwork.
I can publish the piece on my social media and use it as advertisement (unless requested otherwise).
I can not sell the artwork or profit further from it.
You may use the artwork only for personal non-profit use (print it, post to your social media or websites, etc.).
You can not claim the artwork as yours and remove my signature.By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
